Olives for Valentine's Day

The hat design was 116-49 b - Hat with multi coloured pattern in ”Eskimo ” , from Drops Design; mitten design was 116-49 c - Mittens with multi coloured pattern in ”Eskimo ” also by DROPS design (free patterns). The yarn was Loop D Loop by Teva Durham Granite   Either is a great first and fast project for Fair Isle!

The sweater was a kit that my mother gave me about 20 years ago, I think as a birthday present. It is a Rowan pattern, Rowan yarn, and only took about 5 years to make.

The knitted shawl/scarf was constructed from the last garment in Nicki Eipstein's Signature Scarfs, that is the front is her design, but the back was my creation.  The yarn was Black Sheep worsted weight (85% wool, 15% mohair).
