in January, 2015: Hitofude KAL
pattern costs 200 yen or about $2.01. By popular
demand, we will be starting the Hitofude cardigan
as a KAL in January. Reola was wearing this sweater
at the September meeting and Gerda in November.

Each month we
will be spotlighting a hat pattern to be knitted for the
Monthly Hat KAL. Anja's
Newsboy Hat was the hat chosen for January.
If you completed your hat, please bring it so we can take
a group picture before it is turned in. The pictures will
be taken during the break.
If you have questions about the
directions, you can get assistance during Tech Time (12:30-2pm
at the General Meeting). Several members have completed
theirs, so you will get plenty of help.
the February meeting, we will reveal the pattern for the
hat to be turned in at the March meeting. A few copies
of both patterns will be available for those who do not
have computer access.

meets for two or three months to learn a technique or
work on a project. Often, the group provides support to
each other via e-mail or telephone.
knit-along subjects have included fingerless gloves, Maggie's
Pretty Purple Purse, socks, double-knitting, modular
knitting, Medrith Glover's Circumnavigated Cardigan, Lucy
