MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Dues for Student (18 years or younger or full-time student of higher education) and Senior (65 years or older) Memberships are $12.00. Full Memberships (19 to 64 years) are $18.00. Lifetime Members do not owe any dues but should complete and return this form. Lifetime membership may be purchased after 10 years of membership at 10 x current full membership dues. Currently this is $180. Renewal dues are due by May 31st. Fields marked with a '*' are required.
